About the Role
AGSME is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to maintain and enhance our health, safety, and environmental management systems across offshore geotechnical investigation and marine survey operations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HSE management systems on offshore projects
- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
- Perform risk assessments and job safety analyses
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory HSE requirements
- Promote safety culture across all project teams
Requirements
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (minimum)
- Minimum 5 years HSE experience in offshore oil & gas
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001
- Experience with offshore permit-to-work systems
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Valid offshore medical and survival certificates
